What's with all these warnings?

Warning pop up everytime someone reports me? at first I was like "ok, maybe they thought my smirky remark about mundo's abs being 3 glorious 5 them" maybe interpreted as a tad bit offence. but I never said anything last game and I got tagged with a verbal harassment warning? what's up with that? what do warnings do if you never did anything? it's getting really annoying now.

Rito pls nerf mundo's abs so allies and enemy don't think it's offensive :(

If riot's going to give us warnings at least make them mean something! I feel like I'm getting more infuriated at these warning than I am at intentionally feeding/afking team mates!
