Hullabaloo9071 votesIts a big difference. While the popular ruin pages focus on early game, seeing the impact of runes is easier if you look at a single type ruin page. If you use all crit ruins, you get 20% extra crit. While this isnt a good ruin page, its an easy way to illustrate what ruins can do.
