Anyone else find these buffs/nerfs underwhelming?

Wow... it's gunna eliminate ALL his jungle problems now :D

DAMAGE PER ATTACK 70/85/100/115/130% total attack damage ⇒ 70/80/90/100/110% total attack damage
Nerf his tower taking ability immediately because he's the guy who's usually backdooring... *ahem
