well, thats more of a nerf to Jayce's burst rather than tower taking

hecarim's biggest issue has always been how hard he gets stomped in the jungle clearing early on

did you expect riot to just change w to heal him 50% of his max health and drop the q mana cost to 0?

Actually, seeing how Evelynn would be fighting monsters and be below 50% mana a lot anyway, this means every time she does enter stealth, she'll generally generate even more mana than before. Rather important imo since she can get pretty mana hungry without her blue.

It's also percentage based, which is important to note because the difference between 1% or 2% in some contexts (like this one right now) is much more effective than it looks.

Also, what's with ignoring Hecarim's heal cap being raised.

That shit is huge for S5 Jungle.
