Poppy passive feels clunky to use

Is it just me who goes after someone to E them with W up or just running to them and then BOOM i click on the champion and poppy decides to root herself for almost one sec to throw her shield making me lose the chase?

Why does the animation take so long? Why does the shield drop in a random place all the time and we can only get which direction it is when it's almost on the ground.

Wouldn't it be better for the passive to have the E range but do more dmg?

I agree i thought i was just dumb. All the time when im chasing someone down i press her E then what happens i stutter in place and cant move till 1 second later. It makes chasing extremely hard. Its just one of her problems. She needs a buff. I've played around 20 games with her since the patch and the only success i've really found was as support. Top she gets outclassed early to relevant late. Mid she gets outlcassed. Jungle is decent but other junglers offers more than a chance to stun cc. And a Q thats so easy to dodge. Only thing about jungle is if she w's on you, you cant move. She needs some major tweaks and buffs tbh.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. Riot definitely needs to fix up Poppy a little bit. Give her a couple buffs, and fix this clunkiness.

TBH although her hammer is awesome I liked her having a real shield. Wish she had a proper shield and a passive that worked with it.

If they just used the function of Draven's axes it'd be fine. I've had cases where I attacked a wraith and the shield ended up on the other side of the wall. It's completely random and useless.
