60 FPS Cap?

I have a question, I have a custom build PC that I made specifically to play any game on ultra+. It's able to do that but for some reason in league I never get more than 60 FPS even though I have the cap set to no cap.

Does anyone know how I can get more than 60 FPS? As a side note, turning off the ambiance doesn't change anything. When I turn off anti-aliasing I get 754 FPS....

vSync maybe? If you have even a low-end GPU, you shouldn't have to turn AA off for anything above 60. Mine is only 2GB and about 2 years dated and I get 150+ when I turn off vSync.

Then again, turning off AA wouldn't matter if you had vSync on. I'm confused.

EDIT: Wrong board though, I think.
