Are Announcer Packs Bannable?

Soul Revolver··4 votes·1,661 views

I saw that new Sneaky and Meteos announcer pack and was thinking about using it but I don't want to get banned just because I wanted some meme voices in my game. Can a Riot employee let me know if it's okay to use announcer packs or does that count as 3rd party help and would be cheating?

as long as it doesn't effect other players and gives you no advantage over others it's fine.
