I will edit this as people comment more that I forgot about.

(The majority of the boards agrees with these ones. But first, the most important one)

1 As a playerbase, new champions coming out to keep the game "fresh" is one of our lowest priorities. Fix your old champions before you flood us with new ones Mordekaiser Karma Kayle

2 Shaco is so item reliant that if on hit items aren't S tier or broken then he is worthless

3 Duskblade is the new DFG but with a vision control passive as well and ultimately should join the dead items list

4 Kai'sa is broken in multiple areas

5 Graves is broken in multiple areas

6 Talon is broken in multiple areas

7 Irelia is broken in a few areas

8 Essence Reaver needs to be reverted because its only effectiveness is on Lucian and sometimes Renekton

9 Damage is overall too high

10 Sword of the Occult needs to come back

11 Towers need a big buff

(You might not agree with these ones)

12 Boots of swiftness should be removed because it's either strong and used by everybody including ADC's, or is too weak and is used by nobody, and there really is no need for it

13 Edge of Night needs a buff

14 The precision tree gives way too much attack speed. I understand that it is necessary for ADC's but having Irelia at 1.5 attack speed with just triforce and conqueror is a tad stupid.

15 Specifically, Irelia's auto attack range is way too high 15.5 Furthermore, if your goal was to make Irelia a fighter/bruiser, making her that mobile with that many reset opportunities on her Q while not having much damage from anything else in her kit makes that rework ultimately a failure. Sure it may be fun to play Irelia but her intended goal was a fail.

16 Riot's balance team sure likes to ignore low elo as if your playerbase isn't 90% gold and below. I understand that you shouldn't balance the game around them but throw them a bone or two.

There's some decent points on this list, but the rest is salty tears, circlejerks perpetuated by the echo chamber known as gameplay, or your personal opinion.

I will address a few of the points.

14: Irelia's passive gives her attack speed as well, a decent amount. This is not just the AS from triforce and precision tree. She also probably took alacrity to reach 1.5.

13: Why does EoN need a buff? the other two lethality items are picked more because they're more generally synergistic with assassins' kits, but EoN is already very strong situationally. It has a niche and does not, in my opinion, need to be buffed to be a must-buy for ad assassins or bruisers.

16: They "ignore" bronze-silver because if they balanced for it at all, higher elos would have champs with 60% winrates or 40% winrates, and pros would be a whole other nightmare.

9: I think damage could be lower, but I also think CC creep is too high. Everyone has displacements and hard cc in their kit which makes the high damage feel bad. If you get hit by any form of hard cc you're dead, and almost every kit is capable of doing that. This is a good discussion point IMO, and I'd like to hear more of your thoughts on it.

4: Kai'sa is getting nerfed.

1: They haven't released a new champ in months, and they already announced earlier this year that they would be focusing more heavily on updates than new releases.

2: True

3: Disagree--- The burst from DFG FAR surpassed duskblade and was used at range for any champ. It may need some tuning, but it's not as unhealthy to the game as everyone says.

10: No

The other points are either generally accepted (5-7) or ideas that I can't judge at this moment to be good or bad which means I can't contribute anything meaningful to their discussion.
