@Riot What's up with Sivir's Ricochet crits?

With the way it currently works, if a bounce Ricochet crits, it doesn't proc 's mana restoration. Is this intentional? Is it just a bug or something that was overlooked? I'd really like to hear the thought process behind these decisions.

You know how only the autoattack which applies Ricochet will apply on-hit effects but not the bounces?

It's like that and the behaviour is consistent.
