so from what i understand is that when you/remake the game pretty much never happend, i just got a chance to use the system but doesnt the one who was afk take the loss and the leaver buster? this seems unfair i mean a faulty computer or uh whats the word CLIENT could do this and he only gets like 3 mins to get back? make no one take the penalty please i dont want ppl being banned because of your client...
Discount Milk2 votesThe /remake feature is out there for people who hop into ranked knowing their computer is a piece of poop and likes to BSOD, or people who have client issues. One should always play a normals or an ARAM or something else before hopping into ranked to see if their computer will be able to play the game. Ignorance is no excuse when the system gives you plenty of chances before you're punished in any sort of way.
lil koda1 votesignorance? are kidding iv played a game no problems at all then the next the client crashes you cannot always blame the player for riot having a shit client, which is the reason they are building a new one, but building a new one doesnt mean "if you crash cause of our client its your fault because we are building a new one"
Discount Milk1 votesNot every issue is caused by the client itself. Some peoples issues are caused by them having terrible internet connections (Not riot's fault), shitty computers (Not riot's fault again), or conflicting/malicious programs on the computer, again, not Riot's fault.
But if the client crashes in loading screen, the loading screen will generally sit loading for something around five minutes before the game itself will start. If you're smart about the loading screen (Look at your ping to see if it ever goes up or down by one, if it does you're not crashed, if it did you might want to consider a client restart), you'll be able to get loaded into the game before the remake feature is proposed to the team.
lil koda1 votesi not once said every issue was the client, i said the fact it CAN be the client and a lot of the times IS the client makes it unfair for said player plus i can play a game perfect internet i can then play another game and my internet go off cause yay timewarner all this system is doing is giving some unlucky people way more of a chance to get banned or what ever punishment. they should have waited for the new client on this shit
