Build and then and his ult wipes teams out.

I'm telling you now, he needs nerfs before he becomes a monster and everyone realizes this when it's too late.

He has a mediocre early game that can easily shut him out if he's vs a lane bully.

I don't think he's even strong right now compared to the Marksman heavyweights.

If you actually know what you're doing, his early game is better than most people think.

He is really underrated and much MUCH better than people believe.

But that's the same with even Kog' Maw. It would depend heavily on the support. If you had a Braum or Thresh, I could see it. If you had a Sona or Lulu, I couldn't

Lulu and Sona are good supports. Twitch would do great with them too, because they buff his basic attacks and keep him alive to kill things.

He may be a sleeper OP champ when picked by the right person in the right situations, but I don't think he is OP. He can be really strong, but he's not broken or in need of nerfs.

He's sleeper for sure. The 2 items above with his ult deletes teams with slow reactions, and people just pick Lucian and Corki, (I beat both every time, btw)

Might be good, might be a more solid pickup to just go miss fortune though. Better early game and with crit Bullet Time does the same

Mf doesn't have Twitch's flank. He gets behins them and deals tons of damage while MF needs setup to do her damage. Also, MF can't move during Bullet Time.

Flanking isn't always the best idea come late game. Like you said, it can work if they have slow reaction time but you're still a squishy that can be blown up in a few solid hits.

This is true, but then again, though he can, he doesn't always have to. In which case he still has thr advantage of being able to move while MF couldn't

Believe me, moving is the least thing you have to worry about after activating bullet time! Most people are either running or dying. Bullet Time doesn't last that long as to where you'd have to move.
