A quick assessment of the PBE Marksman changes.
So I went and did a little number crunching on the current ADC changes on PBE and what I found was pretty interesting.
While most Marksmen are getting their lvl 1 AD buffed, there seems to be a trade off.
All Marksmen are getting their AD per lvl hit pretty hard. This may not look like much, but it is ending up around 4.61 less AD at lvl 18 than on live with a few outliers.

Meanwhile the general AD contained on items has gone down.
from 80 AD to 65
from 8% health to 6%
from 80 AD to 75
from 80 AD to 65
from 60 AD to 55
from 80 AD to 75
from 30 AD to 25
And the only major AD buff going to
30 AD to 65
Now obviously there are a few new items to account for, though I think all in all we can expect typical ADC builds to contain slightly less AD than last season. While marksmen are obviously getting a new boatload of utility, their over all damage will drop a fair percentage in return.
What this means for this next season, who knows, I'm certainly interested in seeing how things go.
