When to Jhin ult??

Hello, I am looking for some high elo jhin players to help with how to team fight with Jhin. I had a game where I was doing relatively well but we lost the last 3 team fights and ultimately the game. Each fight my team engaged and I ulted right away. However, my shots were all blocked by front line tanks (rammus and thresh) and the enemy mid and adc (jinx) shredded my team. By the time my ult was finished my entire team was dead 2 of the 3 fights and I was run down and destroyed. As Jhin, when is the best time to use ult versus when is best time to kite, use qwe and auto attack instead. Any advice and examples would be appreciated so I can work towards improving my Jhin game. You don't want to always use Jhin's ult at the start of the fight due to the fact that you are an ADC and your greatest asset to the team is to deal as much DPS to people (preferably squishies) as much as possible.

Options on when to use ult:

  1. When you are super far away and a fight broke out
  2. Fight is over and people are running away with low health
  3. When there are more of your team than them and you want to initiate (e.g. telling your team to dive under a tower to get that low health enemy, so you open the fight)
  4. Trying to steal Dragon/Baron from the other team
