It isn't about getting a kill. The kill is nice to have, and believe me, if I know I can secure it, I will. But if I've blown all of my cooldowns and you've blown all of your cooldowns, all of the chasing in the world isn't going to kill the guy. Good laners realize that and back off. Bad junglers don't and keep going, not content with the fact that we've now forced him to back and miss CS

Mazariamonti1 votesI get most frustrated when a jungler doesn't follow up on forcing the enemy laner's flash. If it's a lane I'm losing I'm not going to all of a sudden start winning because the flash was spent, it takes a follow up gank to actually finish the play.
