GLP or ROA on Aurelion?

rod of ages

There was a player that got to challenger with a very high winrate recently who uses hextech GLP over RoA pretty much always. Since has dead zones where he can't CC or deal damage having an on demand slow that can be applied from close range is incredibly valuable to allow him to reposition and start dealing damage again, while still giving him some good stats.
