marksmen are the problem because they benefit more from heal/shield supports than anybody else.
support power universally affects an entire team. but how the team members benefit from it individually isnt equal.
in the past marksmens ability to carry was balanced around them being squishy and vulnerable to melee engages and assassin/mages burst. you remove that weakness, and theyre on top of the food chain again.
i could make a counter argument and ask you which melee adc, apc or juggernaut benefits as much from heal/shield supports as marksmen right now?
none, because their dps and items arent overtuned. theyre all about on equal terms of strength compared to each other. marksmen are the ones who stand out amongst the carries and are way too strong.

How are you going to determine whether or not a team will beat another?
Also, even if they aren't a problem, can you give a proper team without a RAD that will beat a proper team with a RAD?
