Ezreal is the next major balancing issue

Just going to throw it out there now that in my personal outlook on the game and continuing balance issues from season 7, I highly doubt Riot will actually take appropriate action on his state for quite some time. Look at him as a similar point of contention to the likes of Ardent Censer and Twitch, and even Galio.

A lot of players keep saying "they have one last chance" but you're witnessing yet another neglecting mindset and failure to act from them in this very moment. The bug was an issue with Ezreal but keep in mind that he has early and mid game prevalence despite that - and games are much shorter now. With Klepto he can gain a insurmountable gold lead that any one who will outscale him will not have the chance to. The counterplay of shutting him down early and outscaling him is no longer present.

He doesn't need a bugfix micropatch. He needs flat out nerfs, and Riot is once again sitting aside and watching and citing data points. With all due respect (and it can only go so far before it becomes insulting to us) this _is _ yet another failure on the part of the balancing team.
