This only works if we can focus enough reports into a specific cause. Your once upon a time blitz report will do nothing.
If however you will join with me and others in the anti 
lobby, however, you can make a difference. Vayne and Yasuo are widely accepted cancer so we are more likely to be able to amass the large body capable of generating the good precentage of reports that we need to make riot_logic(tm) work
Enough reports will cause these toxic players to start getting banned.
