Fucking Sick Of This Rigged LP System

I just started playing ranked again after a month long break from it. I've been winning most of my games and getting 16 LP for each win, and lost 20 for eash loss.

If you think it's because my mmr is too high, you're wrong. Highest I've ever climbed is Silver 1, but most of the time I've been around Silver 5 and 4. I am without a doubt a silver level player, and even if I've improved past silver as of now, nothing in my history would be indicative of that.

I'm sick of losing more LP for a loss than what I gain for win, and everyone telling me its my mmr when Riot doesn't disclose any information about mmr, and we have to rely on 3rd party sites hoping that their accurate, and every 3rd party site I check always says my mmr is normal or low, so that doesn't explain these shit LP gains and losses.

One of the reasons I took a break from ranked was because of the garbage LP system, but of course nothing has changed, I don't know what I was expecting.

lol... you have low mmr not high mmr. If you have, for example, if you have Plat 5 MMR but you're in silver 1 then you'll get 25+ LP per win. However if you're Silver 1 with Silver 5 mmr you'll experience something like what you've been experiencing. It'll be high loss and low gain until you fix your mmr or drop to where your current mmr is.

i swear my friend could have wrote this haha. he's also gaining 14-16lp per win and losing 20-25 per loss. he's climbed only as high as s5/s4. I do know its because of having lower mmr than the average for your current rank. he's had win streaks since but no improvement as of yet. personally i think his negative attitude has affected his playing, he's one of those ff@20 if he's losing by 5. easily tilted

Let's put it this way bud, I was Bronze 1 at the end of season 5 (first ranked season I played). Tanked my MMR during the pre-season like a noob, dropping me to Bronze 4. Went 7-3 in my season 6 qualifiers and got knock down again to Bronze 5, which was fine, the climb for me is more of learning experience. I'm currently at a 52% percent win rate from OP.GG, yet I can't climb past Bronze 4 due to 20+ LP loses any time I get anywhere near 75 LP.

I'm not blaming Riot, I'm not completely blaming my teams (though there have been many I'd like to find and neuter), I'm finding myself at the point where I need to fix my own issues, play smarter, and choose champions that will have more impact to the game (Played Heimerdinger and Warwick like 20 games straight).

Regardless, math is math, the system isn't screwing you, you're attitude about the game is..........Change your attitude, and I can almost assure you that you'll see your numbers improve.

Your overall winrate does'nt matter. Your recent history matters. At one point I was gaining 25 LP per match, now I gain 19 and lose 21 after dropping out of diamond. If you win a lot, your MMR will go up, until you lose a lot. Every win and every loss goes towards how many points you will win or lose and make them more exaggerated. Overall, your MMR doesn't matter, if you just keep winning, you'll climb regardless and your MMR will fix itself.
