Why do junglers like to pretend top doesnt exist?

It absolutely irritates me as a top laner. Maybe I'm not doing good, maybe I'm being camped, maybe I'm stomping lane, it doesn't matter, my jungler will never come and I dont understand it. I could literally be stomping lane and invite him up for free kills and he will never come. I just cannot understand why you would blatantly ignore a lane. The rift herald is right there, this is an objective that is a guaranteed 1-2 towers. When I jungle I make it a point to keep my top ahead because it leads to the easiest rift herald ever.

it's generally a beefier champion and when i'm racing for kills i don't want to waste time on some low impact lane when i can just camp mid and win the game just the two of us. Also if your getting camped top lane then the other jungler isn't ignoring the lane, bit of a flaw in the logic

Because it barely has no impact during early game. Mid will roam bot, and bot will roam mid, and top will remain ignored. I'd rather have one of these who actually do something during the game (talking about solo q when top roaming doesn't happen really often) than feeding someone who'll just be good at 1v1'ing people, but will get shat-on during teamfights

Why do LANERS never understand that junglers need decision making, and that randomly appearing in lanes for a gank is incredibly dangerous? Especially if they don't have a lot of experience in jungling, as a jungle main, it irritates me more than you are irritated towards junglers when they whine about wanting ganks when I haven't even finished all my camps.

Yeah, sure top will have no impact that's why the unganked tryndemere is killing your whole team at 30 minutes in.
