Just played a game where 3/5 enemy team was utilizing true damage

Zoe in one instance did over 700 true damage from ignite + her sleepy bubble passive (Ignite did 405 true damage)

Yi was doing 350+ true damage with Wuju style + Conqueror

Jhin was doing true damage with IE nearly every auto

I'm just TIRED OF THIS. I do not have room in my items to build more health items.

Zoe's true damage doesn't count because it depends on the damage which triggered it after resists. So if you hit for 10 damage because the enemy has like 500 MR then you'll only get 10 true damage. It's the same as just having a % increase to the damage with a cap on the total amount it can be increased.
