Quinn's autos seem super clunky

So I've played some games of Quinn during free weeks and finally got around to buying her this week. As I auto attack with Quinn, many times my auto animation will go all the way through, sometimes even showing the arrow hitting the enemy, but will not proc damage because I apparently move to quickly between autos. This just seems clunky and not normal, especially when I don't suffer this problem on other adcs.
