@RIOT, Champ select reporting please

Time and again this is brought up and you all give us absolutely no tools to deal with it. I'm trying to play with a moderately off-meta pick: AP Kogmaw mid. I typically top my teams damage charts and have very low deaths, win or lose, but no one believes in it. What's more, if even one guy isn't paying attention, I'm forced to either dodge or go ADC, a position and playstyle with which I do poorly. So people continualy steal my lane, quoting "Lolno, ur adc." "I'm not risking LP." "DUO MID THEN BITCH!" and just play elo terrorist, give me what I want or both of us lose.

So I dodge because 40 minutes of my time isn't worth reporting these assholes, but I really can't imagine it would be that hard to flag a lobby troll for later review, and store it even in the case of dodging.
