Hello everyone Bronzie main here. I understand the importance of vision, and everyone wants support to rush sight stone.
Since vision is so crucial, why don't players pressure junglers to get the smite ward?
I personally think that would be more beneficial for the team over all at a strategic level. While I understand the other to smites work better at a tactical level.

Because as some jungler like Pantheon or maybe Kha Zix don't benefit from tracker smite????
Vision is hard to get as a solo jungler, and is usually easiest if you have teammates to help you ward, which 9/10 won't happen.
Most junglers don't really care about getting wards for their team and would rather get skirmishers smite so they can 1v1 better.
Most champs that are played right now (assassin/carry junglers) don't want to waste gold on a sighstone and would rather get skirmishers or chilling.
It basically comes down to some guys quote - "It doesn't matter if you can see them, if you can't fight them".
As soloqueue coordination is as shitty as it is, vision is just gonna let you get the jump on them (in a duel). Sometimes that's enough, but other times Challenging Smite or Chilling Smite (to stop kiting) is just a hell of a lot more effective.
Vision has other benefits, but generally most of us are too stupid to use them.
