Keys and S rank
I've gotten 4 straight S ranks and no keys or blue essence. Is it broken or bugged? I was getting them 2 weeks ago, did they change the formula?

Keys are completely RNG and not at all linked to Rank. We do know getting Keys is easier in groups (as is chests because groups means more people could potentially earn an S) that keys reduce in drop rate the more you earn since the reset (capped at 12 fragments, you only get 4 keys a month) and there's a monthly reset on keys (which they never actually tell us when that happens) but not much else.
