I don't wanna be banned

Please don't ban me RIOT.I've read posts about one player getting banned because he seemed to have won more matches then usual. Whatever,but the point is that my current computer is very slow and I lag very often during games and I'm getting parts to build a custom computer. The computer is obviously going to run smoother and allow me to win games so I don't want you guys to be suspicious if my winrate goes up all of sudden assuming I'm an average player . . . without lag.
