Broken Matchmaking?(Possibly Bug? Idk what board)

Please fix your matchmaking riot; it clearly isn't fair that every game for me feels like you either carry your team and win or lose.

Also during the game I was watching bot lane for some time and noticed the Ashe targeting the tank every time they fight. Clearly silver players should have enough knowledge of the game to know that tanks are last priority?
