I really don't like it. Duskblade is really awesome on all in champs who don't want to try and harass with autoattacks (like Assassins).

While Jhin isn't exactly the best AA harasser, he can deal dmg just like anyone else and getting a good 4th shot on someone every so often is a really powerful tool. If you have Duskblade, I feel you are spending a lot of resources on making sure you land a 4th shot one someone with lowish helth and that shot kills them (which I feel is a little silly since by design that 4th shot is already designed to kill people on lowish health).

You dont buy it for the passive. You buy it for the highest AD + 10 armor pen

But how much of the cost is in that passive in terms of gold efficiency, you know? I'd rather get something like Bloodthirster or Death's Dance to get comparable AD and more utility.

In terms of Armor pen I don't think Jhin needs it too much on account of his 4th bullet and he's not really that much of a tankbuster due to low AS. The Last Whisper items would be fine if you really want Armor Pen.

Also I just looked it up, it has the same AD as Death's Dance and Bloodthirster. It is cheaper than the two however DD is only 250 gold more and that's not a lot at all.
