A balance suggestion for the current meta
As you all may know, tanks today are not what they have been, or what they should be.
I main one of the last true tanks, sejuani
and it is with great loss and grief i have seen all other tanks but her, maokai and alistar get reduced to paper bags for the almighty ranged carry's
to poke at.
Tanking today usually feels unrewarding, and not very useful unless you have a ton of cc (hence why i play sejuani).
Lategame it simply does not matter if you have 400 armor and 4k hp, a good adc will still destroy you in a 1vs1, something that does not exist in other MOBAS (just go vs a fed pudge in DOTA2 and see what happens ...)
My suggestion simple, make
Last Whisper 50% less effective, and
void staff 25% less effective when wielded by a character with a ranged auto-attack.
That way we still reward the champions who has to go face first into combat to deal damage, and stop the ranged deathgods that currently exist from melting tanks in under 5 seconds.
Another thing i would LOVE is too see
Moonfair Spellblade implemented in summoners rift, it would boost the ap tanks and bruisers significantly!
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
