a champion with a bag/sack he/she uses as a passive

a champ that can collect minions about 3-5 max and bash a champion with the bag and use the minions as ammo?.. idk im spit balling but does anyone wish to add to this concept.. im imagining a top lane bruiser ish champ.

Tahm Kench uses minions as ammo... If a hero had a magical bag, I would imagine it be more for distributing heals or magic damage nukes.

or you can send them back out as upgraded minions.
