A minor fix to yi

Energy gained by moving, yes pls.

That wont improve Yi. He needs better kit similar to other reworked champions

the thing is, he doesn't exactly spam his abilities or anything cause his abilities all have like a 15+ second CD. and this would be a nerf if he somehow didn't regain energy after getting his cooldowns lowered.

This would only make lane Yi incredibly strong as energy is a easy thing to manage. He would just q spam minion waves to oneshot them and walk away then meditate to heal under tower, It'd be an incredibly toxic play style akin to old AP Yi.

Would make lane yi much better I assume.

oh btw only the champs who are NINJAs have energy as a resource...
