Currently, he doesn't really have a place in the meta at all except being either a tanky target that damages slightly, or being a kamikaze where he dives in and gets a triple kill due to e and ult. Imo, this isn't the most healthy for him so wondering if he's gonna get any changes alongside the other mages as well.

yeah was kinda thinking Karthus belonged in one of those. He's like the perfect example of an immobile mage that wasn't created properly. No mobility and if people get hit by 2 Q's(when they're isolated), some of his E, and his ult, they're most likely dead.
