With the amount of utility and cc in his kit Ekko can be played as a support; move aside Bard

Passive: 3 hits equal 80% slow for 3 seconds Q : 60% slow W: 40% slow first then a 2.25s stun

Probably will be hard to get these cc off but it will be cool. Support Ekko here I come.
