Can old champion speech/taunt/laugh/joke/etc be updated?

I like it when champs aren't boring throughout an entire game, like how Jhin or Illaoi have like 100+ different voice acted lines. But, it's pretty lame when someone like Corki only has like one taunt, or like one rest-to-movement thing he says throughout the whole game, all the old champs are like this while all the new champs have tons of different lines and different animations.
