I don't care if they buff Ezreal's ratios on the next patch

But his Q's Base damage really needs a nerf. Level 4, 0-2 Tear + Doran Ezreal's Q hit my level 6, 2-0 Trist for 1/4 of her HP. He should at least be forced to build a BF or some Lethality to do that.
