Specifically abut his playstyle and mainly, his level of difficulty to play.
I would like him to be similar to Gangplank in a sense that he is very strong if mastered but alright if not - because of his abilities.
Can you say anything about this?

They said they don't discuss WIP because in the event that something has to change, they don't want to have to face an angry community that may have gotten their hopes up about a change. For the record though, most champions do tend to be good when handled by a regular player and killer when handled by a skilled player.
