Specifically abut his playstyle and mainly, his level of difficulty to play.
I would like him to be similar to Gangplank in a sense that he is very strong if mastered but alright if not - because of his abilities.
Can you say anything about this?
i think hes gonna be like sion. the rework will make him better but not completely viable all the time

Riot typically doesn't comment on reworks in progress until it hits the PBE. They said they don't discuss WIP because in the event that something has to change, they don't want to have to face an angry community that may have gotten their hopes up about a change. For the record though, most champions do tend to be good when handled by a regular player and killer when handled by a skilled player.
I remember something about him coming after the assassin update, later this year. Could be beginning of next year, but that's not the goal. (Joke here is that they can make a new champion in a few months, but a new yorick takes over a year.) lel....
