It's normals. normals has a different MMR than ranked does. My MMR for ranked is like plat 5 or 4 but for normals it is like silver 3 because normal sis where i test new stuff, play new champions, or just fuck around.

It is likely that the other team has a high normals MMR and yours is low.

Pretty much, while warding isn't only the supports job, your support should NEVER have the least amount of wards placed...
