Level 1-29 Bonuses for Vet' players?

Soo, with updates, theres a few distinct categories.

the Vet's who have every champion, generally unaffected, get to get things like urfwick.

The noobs, who get the new-leveling-bonus, and get the champ shards as they go

and then theres the middle ground. people who have their handful of champs, want to get more, but also lost out on the level 1-30 levelin items.

Is our only compensation the petty little Emote?

*Note; I thought 'defender of the rift' was an icon, not emote. this is marginally better.

Old rewards were some really small amounts of RP that ended up being useless ,and when they switched over to hextech we never got anything either, whilst new accounts got an ashe and garen shard To help them start out , no one complained. It is very logical that new players get rewards for leveling, it's literally just to get them a little boost into the game BECAUSE they're new. All of the lvl 30+'s usually already have quite a few champions as well as other content.

Why does everyone want to keep getting rewards for playing a free to play game? You get the rune orbs, you get the emote, you get your ip transfered into essence whereas other companies would say "everyone gets FOR E.G 1000 essence, screw you" We didn't get screwed over, the new runes are completely free and you'd generally need no more than 2-3 customizable runepages since you can easily edit them in pre-game. Essence isn't that bad besides the horrendous price of mystery shards.

im not sure you get my point.

what im saying is, leveling from 1-30 gives things, as will 30-31. im just asking if there's anything signifigant we missed because we're at a higher level when this system was put in.

Not really, it's mostly some extra rewards to help along newer players, which all of the previous """rewards""" failed at MISERABLY. No one has anything good from the white veigar skin or assassin yi skin, although the previous system in hextech was a small improvement, generally it was mediocre
