Vayne Runes Armor Pen over Attack Damage?

After looking at Vaynes starting attack damage (55.88) and its overall growth I am now under the impression she should use armor pen runes instead of attack speed and I will explain why. Vaynes build style scales extremely well with attack speed because of her true damage build. Her Attack damage scaling is really low and has one of the lowest ADC damages at max level only 84.1 attack damage. I figured having that extra armor pen like Kindred would help her destroy enemies combined with her true damage every third shot a lot faster and easier. Thoughts and opinions of armor pen over attack damage? [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Kindred uses armor penetration to make the most out of the percent health physical damage on Bloodrazor and their passive.

Vayne's percent health damage is true damage and doesn't benefit from penetration and little else in her kit would benefit significantly enough to matter.

While she makes good use of BoRK and it deals physical damage based on the percentage of the targets current health, this would probably not be worth the trade off during laning phase due to lost trades and missed last-hits.

no just run aaspeed runes or ad the armor pen is only good on adcasters/assasins (that use abilitys)

It's arguable that armor penetration is better, but you lose too much when it comes to wave management. The reason why casters get to take armor penetration is because they usually have AOE abilities that scale well with it, and it helps them manage the wave (Jhin, Lucian). You'll get shoved in, lose cs, and then the snowball starts rolling.
