what this means is when you press q or w while rengar is casting his e that ability will be "qued" up so when e is finished he will automatically cast whatever you pressed.

idk much about what was going on before as i didnt play rengar but this is pretty simple. when he ults he gets true vision,true vision means you can see champs while stealthed like vayne or twitch. from what this says i guess his ult only gave it when he activated it but now the true vision stays until he leaps.

idk about the other stuff
