I mean stupid, but actually not too bad. The problem with kat was her mid/early game were just abusive and she fell off so unbelievably hard after around like 25-30 minutes. They upped her cooldowns for the previous levels which tones her down early game, and the 15 second cd I assume is to transfer some of that power so she doesn't get hit by a truck come 30 minutes. I mean it seems stupid, but honestly if you bring a team that can't kill her the second she ults anyways, you probably deserve to lose. Still don't necessarily agree with 15 seconds, think like 30 woulda been enough, but honestly not bad at all if you know when kat is actually strong in the game.

I honestly don't know what to think about this. Lux is almost the whole topic across most of the gameplay boards (course who doesn't complain about anything OP/ annoying in this section) but this should probably come at a close second. I mean on one hand it's a huge nerf to her early game but to late game, 15 seconds CD literally means if her passive goes off her ult immediately comes back up! And even if you don't kill someone it's still 15 seconds, 9 if you have 40% CDR. Just.....what the fuck?

This is a nerf lmfao. Kats dont even use her ult in teamfights. And if she does, it's just a finisher after her dagger burst. Most of her burst comes from the daggers anyway.
If you're letting her spam ult, you're doing something wrong. Most good kat players will rarely EVER use ult when it resets late game at the moment. That won't change after this nerf

Even if that's real, and not just a prank, it wouldn't be that hard to play around. Late-game, either Kat's utterly curb stomping your team (only happens if she's already crushing you stupidly), or you're crushing her the second she presses E. Using literately any relevant CC lets you stop her and kill her squishy ass faster than an Akali deleting Kindred.
Don't see why it's a problem.
