ProBuild Viktor Builds building Morello?
I just looked on ProBuilds for Viktor and I noticed that generally the best winning builds often include a Morello which is an Item I never get on viktor, how good is it on him?

is his core. with the filler item usually being zhonyas. but can be replaced with a ludens.
he needs the CDR so he can go NNNNNEEERRRR, more often. (from 9seconds, to 7.2s, or 5% with masteries goes down to 6.75s, but because of cast animation it feels like 6seconds)
(and of course, have ultimate up far more often)
The added cooldown reduction is of massive help on Viktor, especially when you're picking up the Lich Bane. With the 5% CDR you get from Masteries, Morello allows you to have your Q up every 3 seconds. Since the shield lasts for 2.5 seconds, it's basically always up, making you extremely tanky in sustained fights. With Viktor (and most other burst mages in general) cooldown reduction and mana regeneration are very important stats. The more times you can get your abilities off during a fight, the more useful you're going to be overall; this should go without saying. The added mana regen will also help Viktor in lane, since his E gets rather pricey at 110 mana at max rank. Keeping your mana pool up allows you to waveclear more effectively, which in turn helps you take your turret faster, roam to other lanes more, contest objectives like Dragon easier, etc. Lastly, with the tank meta still going strong, and ADCs being the powerhouses that they are, the added Grievous Wounds effect is not to be overlooked.
I'm yet to actually use the build, I typically build the same way that you do.
I can actually see a massive benefit to it, Luden's is no longer quite as good on poke mages, which is a category Viktor technically falls into, but very loosely, so most people have been replacing the Luden's with a Morellonomicon to provide mana regen so you're not as reliant on blue buff, as well as that added CDR to throw out a ton more damage during teamfights. You get to pop your lichbane damage more frequently, kite better with your upgraded Q, as well as shield more damage, you get your cc more often, and let's face it, that ult is devastating in a grouped teamfight.
There are 2 ways to build him
This is for long range, your Q wont do as much dmg but you will be a lot safer. You slow people by 40% every 3 seconds (late game) and gain about 55% movement speed. Helps you kite most people who are diving you like Riven, Shyvana, Singed..etc
This is more against people you aren't afraid off. You go is and try and use Q. I've had moments where an ADC would kill me when i try to Q+E her
