How can I figure out my playstyle?

Hello fellow boards person

I recently managed to make it to gold, and because of that, I've been hard thinking about what my current style of play is. Thing is, I can't really figure it out.

I'm so jumpy in what my consistent playstyle is, sometimes, I'm aggressive in lane or in the jungle, I trade a lot, I gank a lot, I like to fight. Sometimes, I'm very passive I just farm and hope my team doesn't do horrible until later.

On the other hand, sometimes I have a erythromycin supportive kind of playstyle, and then sometimes, I hard carry the game, dealing the most damage and whatever.

I really have no clue on what my playstyle is and I'd really like to figure it out as I think I can help me going forward.

For me, It took a little while of just trial and error with a lot of different champions. I like really aggressive top laners and junglers, and my list of favorite champions reflects this.

It's taken me about a year to figure out my playstyle. I still don't really know it 100%. I think it depends on you though. You sound pretty versatile, so I suggest going with that. You don't have to label yourself and only do one thing, ya know? Do what suits you best, which seems to be diversifying your roles/style.

Playing things like Poppy might be good (though I warn you, it's very difficult to carry with her). She can go super aggressive in lane, or farm up to tank items, she can go tanky and help the team with peel/protection/CC/an amazing ulti, or item 3142 item 3147 item 3156 item 3071 and assassinate (though this one is more of a duelist/roam jungle (either one) build, as you're too short ranged for teamfights. She doesn't really have a super effective bruiser build, but already does considerable damage with just a Frozen Fist or Triforce.
