Clean up ability descriptions, add a chat room in loading screen.

Not sure where to put this, I didn't see a suggestions board. I also don't post on the boards a lot so bare with me; I'll make it quick and simple. When reading the abilities for different champions, honestly they're all over the place. Sure they get to the point, but it's messy, not consistent, and just tells you the bare minimum as to what your ability does. What I suggest is completely revamping every ability for every champion to describe them more in-depth, describing such as if on-hit effects occur (think yasuo's q, this is what all ability descriptions should look like), the RATIOS for the abilities; would help a lot for learning more about your champion, how they scale, etc.

Also, it could enourage people messing around with new builds, especially champions that scale w/ both AD and AP. I also suggest to add the scaling mana when hovering, eg 55/60/65/70/75 mana respectively at each level. Is this completely necessary? Do I think it'll give league an overall more professional look, get you to really know the champ a lot better, and understand their kit and they themselves as their own champion a lot better? Hell yeah.

My next suggestion is to add an in-game chat lobby while the loading screen, also an ETA if possible. I'm not entirely sure if this would work, but if it did I feel would be a great addition to league. In champ select, you're discussing roles, who's going where, what champs to ban, etc. If we had a chat lobby in the loading screen, I feel like this would most importantly decrease toxicity by further getting to know your teammates before playing, which I'm sure everyone knows toxicity is HUGE in league. This could also discuss things such as tough lane match ups, prepping for early jungle ganks, if you plan to invade let your top laner know before hand to not head straight up to top, and that's just a few.

Sure, you can tell them in-game but you only have 1:55 before the bumps spawn, not much time at all, especially in solo queue. Again, is this completely necessary? No. And again, do I feel like it'll be a great addition to League, especially to solo queue? Hell yeah!

Please leave your thoughts, I don't know if I'll try and keep this thread alive, depends on how much attention it gets. I just wanted to get this off my mind because I feel like it would awesome for league to introduce these two mechanics to the Rift. Thank you!
