Can we be more Civil when banning in champ select?

So every time I play ranked, 60% I encounter people arguing on what champs to ban. Why im complaining is that it effects the game aswell. They either threaten the person, or evade the remake by moving around in spawn till 3:00 in the game then they afk. So a remake isn't possible at that point. Can we all just let people ban who they like. We all get a ban nowadays so lets just relax and play the game. We always have the counter pick advantage too you know.
