play heimerdinger (or garen if u wanna get 8500hp) and go solo top ,mid...or if u are really ballsy u can even solo bot lane and have a duo top masteries 0/30/0 runes flat hp reds, hp% yellows and quints , mr per level glyphs smite and w/e u want

start with w/e u want, I usually start with the ap support item for free income even If im turtling step 2 rush cinderhulk with the AOE wave clear smite proceed to farm with turrets and aoe smites until u get a warmog , these 2 items will get u 3k hp ish , around this time u might want some armor and mr and more hpregen for your passive so we get our good old friend ZZROTS GATE

proceed to frontdoor the mid lane and negate enemy turret every siege during a teamfight , save zzrot for after they flee

banner and/or baron for even more chaos

congratulations you are now a siege tank and if u have snowmerdinger you are a FLAMING SNOWMAN

random MLG plays, smiting red buff during a teamfight to heal you randomly stealing dragons with the extra smite giving your jungler a God leash by tanking his red/blue buff until he finishes gromp and then switching the agro to your turrets so they die and smiting for him abusing hidden passive global taunt :swag walk edition works especially well with a roaming bard bot lane and a solo top adc as well
