doiminat0r36001 votesNot really. You can do very well with any champion in URF or OFA. Regardless of who they are. You pick Galio??? Boom, insta CC every fight with infinite healing. You pick 
and you get all the range and all the pushing power you want. You pick 
and BOOM. You suck because he is hardly a viable pick in most hands.
Then there is ascension and Poro king: the most bland modes on this list.
