I tried this out in an Aram a week or so back. Since 
gets bonus movement speed while moving towards enemy champions, what would it be like If you had crazy chase potential but still able to do massive damage.
This surprisingly worked out pretty well and I even got a pentakill. My items were:

I'd probably recommend Statikk Shiv instead of Iceborn Gauntlet in that build. More attack speed, good crit, and the passive is nice for poke and waveclear.
CDR Ashe can be pretty fun on ARAM.

My personal favorite is to build

before building tankier. First of all, you gain 120 free armor/MR from W, and you gain free AD from the passive, so more attack speed and splash damage/lifesteal just means he's getting more stats for all that defense, since he's getting HP back, doing tons of AoE damage between hydra, ult, and reflect damage, but also still tanking like a monster.

I get the typical items, but now you kill everyone hilariously fast. Squishy champions practically kill themselves when you taunt them. Oh, and your autos hit like a truck too, just for being tanky.
Rammus top lane is quite good vs AD melee. I like
