Atmosphere2 votes47% win rate on a mechanically intensive, high skill ceiling champion is completely fair. If you need to practice, and practice, and practice in order to do well with them, they should inherently have a lower win rate due to people feeding and losing as they learn and practice. Win rate isn't always a perfect indicator of balance.
