What is with the horrible matchmaking?

So go look at my match history to see how unevenly the two teams have been match-made. I'm new to the game but I don't do super horrible (ive played a game similar to this one) and I don't feed early yet the enemy team always seems sooooo much better than anyone on my team. Every lane gets destroyed and then they all swarm in a group and kill us under turrets as if the teams we are paired against have all been playing for a long time. It would make since if this happened every once in a while but it seems like almost every single game is super lopsided like this which leads me to think is this game's matchmaking just trash or have i just been super super super unlucky? Any feedback is appreciated I doubt I'm the only one who has noticed this.
