make it a reportable offense to not end game asap

I'm talking about games where its 4v5 and someone has quit where the enemy team literally just stands in your base, dancing, not attacking the nexus while your entire team is dead + 1 afker I've even had one time where my teammates did the whole stand in base dancing thing and they ended up throwing the game.

like should I report the enemy team for afking? its so childish and frustrating bc its a waste of time. I just wanna move on to a new game. I dont have all the time in the world and I only have so much time in the day to play league.

and then when I refuse to play bc the enemy team is just goofing off, I'm the one who will get reported. So its like..."play and get insta slaughtered" or get reported. great.
